This particular pendant features the Greek symbol which stands for Omega in the center with Round Cut Diamonds on the front which are White color Diamonds. The diamonds are in 1 row around the border on this medallion. The Charm has holes in the back for breathing room for the diamonds. This Omega Pendant is set in real 10K Yellow Gold. The White Diamonds are set in Pave Setting close together to give it a uniform and clean finish. This makes for a great gift for any occasion.
